  • Yes, a 50% down-payment is required when you drop off your vehicle for detailing. This can be paid via cash, credit/debit card, or through our online payment system. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the service. A detailed invoice will be provided.

    2. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. The deposit will be applied to your new appointment date. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.


    3. Cancellations: Should you cancel your appointment, the $50 deposit will not be refunded. We appreciate your understanding as this policy helps us manage our schedule and maintain the quality of our services.


    4. No-Show: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
